FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
FAQ
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. For events, it is good to book 1-2 months ahead. For urgent projects, feel free to contact me – let’s see what’s possible!
How does payment work?
To confirm the booking, a 30% prepayment is required. The rest is paid after the shoot, before the photos are delivered. Payment can be made via bank transfer.
Do I get all the photos taken?
I deliver the best and carefully edited photos according to the package content.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For outdoor shoots, we agree on a backup plan – either postpone or find an alternative. Light rain can actually give interesting results! In case of extreme weather, we will find a new time at no extra cost.
Do you offer video clips as well?
Currently, I focus on photography, but I can recommend good video partners. For some projects, short video clips can be added – feel free to ask!
How to prepare for the shoot?
I will send a preparation guide before the shoot. Generally, I recommend choosing comfortable clothes you feel good in and getting enough rest. We will discuss everything else during the pre-consultation!
