Person walking through Porto railway station’s main hall toward light (Inimene kõnnib Porto rongijaama peasaalis valguse suunas)

“I don’t need a place to belong. I create it myself, with every step.”

– Anti Soosaar

Who am I? Maybe that’s the wrong question. Ask instead: how do I think.

HOW I THINK

I process information through logic and connections. If something doesn’t add up, I don’t move forward until I’ve understood why it doesn’t work.
I don’t need a lot of information – but what I have must be clear. Ambiguity blocks decision-making and slows down action.

I don’t start doing anything until I understand how everything fits together.
If the structure is clear, I move fast and focus only on what matters.
If it isn’t, I build my own structure first to make sense of the situation.

I don’t react to surface-level details – I look for causality.
If someone offers a ready-made solution, I won’t accept it until I’ve checked for myself whether it’s logically sound and works long-term.

Thinking isn’t something I “do” – it’s how I perceive the world.
When a situation is logical and clear, I can focus.
If it’s contradictory or vague, I don’t improvise – I start by removing what’s blocking clarity.

1

Quiet, but sharp

I move quietly, but with clarity. I don’t seek attention or noise.
What interests me is what lies beneath it.
I notice patterns, shifts, and repetitions that others might miss –
and those guide me more than any advice or instruction ever could.

2

Clarity can take longer

I don’t feel the need to define things – but I do feel the need to understand them.
I don’t like guessing. I prefer to examine, double-check, and move toward clarity, even if it means more time and less comfort.

In people, I value honesty. Not perfection, but truthfulness – the willingness not to hide.
The same principle applies to how I communicate: I don’t exaggerate or fill space,
but if I say something, there’s a reason behind it.

3

I don’t fit everywhere – and that’s okay

It hasn’t always been easy for me to fit in, but I don’t see that as a problem.
It’s more a question of whether someone actually wants to hear what I truly notice.
If they do, I have a lot to offer.

I don’t build an image – I build things that work.
And I care that what I create matches how I truly think and perceive.
